Language
To better include non-French-speaking participants, the preferred language is English.
Submissions in French are also accepted. However, presentation slides must be in English.
Oral Presentations
In each session, invited lectures are scheduled for 25 minutes, followed by 5 minutes for discussion.
Regular oral communications are scheduled for 15 minutes, followed by 5 minutes for discussion.
Speakers are strongly encouraged to contact the MS chairmen or chairwomen and to upload their presentation no later than the half-day preceding their talk using the available equipment.
Poster Presentations
For poster presentations, the poster boards provided measure 94 cm (width) × 194 cm (height).
They are designed to accommodate A0 posters (mounting with magnets provided by LILLIAD).
Abstract Submission
You may submit an abstract for an oral or poster presentation either at the time of registration or later (please note the abstract submission deadline: April 1, 2026). Upon registration, you will receive an email containing a code to be used later for submitting your abstract.
Abstract submission guidelines: maximum 300 words; the text must be pasted into the “abstract” field that appears when selecting “Yes” to the question asking whether you wish to submit an abstract now; no figures allowed.
Notification
Acceptance notifications will be sent to authors starting April 20, 2026.
