Accommodation in student halls of residence:
You can book accommodation in the Albert CAMUS halls of residence, located at Avenue Paul Langevin, 59650 Villeneuve d’Ascq, on the Cité Scientifique campus (Sully/Centrale/4 Cantons area), at the ‘4 Cantons Stade P. Mauroy’ metro station.
The rates are as follows:
- Students: €27 per night + tourist tax €1.49 per night
- Non-students: €39 per night + tourist tax €1.95 per night
Rooms are equipped with a guest kit (disposable sheets and a blanket) as well as a welcome kit.
Booking requests should be sent to this address: residence.camus@crous-lille.fr, attaching the document ‘Short Stay Information Form’.
Payment will be made online for students via Cité U, or by bank transfer for non-students to the account of the CROUS de Lille accounting officer.
The booking will be confirmed once payment has been recorded by the accounting office. Keys will only be issued for confirmed bookings. No bookings will be accepted on site or upon the arrival of conference attendees. Cancellation fees may be charged in the event of a no-show. Accommodation is limited to 40 rooms in the residence.
